Send us the brief, even a rough one: who is travelling, roughly when, and what they enjoy. We’ll come back with a few well-chosen options, with the details checked, so you aren’t left chasing anything.

We also help with small incentive trips and client entertaining.

Dates, and how flexible they are
A rough budget, and whether flights are included
What they enjoy: adventure, calm, food, culture, time together
Anything that needs planning around, such as mobility, allergies or a fear of flying

Questions worth asking any planner

Who is my one contact, and how fast do they reply?
What exactly is included, and what is charged extra?
What happens if plans change, and who handles it?
Who is on the ground if something goes wrong?

Before you confirm

Check every traveller’s passport and the entry requirements for each country
Keep the full itinerary and confirmations in one place for your boss
Ask for a named contact for the duration of the trip
