One of the island's first true destination spa, The Retreat Spa at Aphrodite Hills offers state-of-the-art facilities, with a carefully thought out menu of treatments. A total of 27 tranquil treatment rooms offer a variety of idyllic possibilities from private to couple’s rooms, to specialised hydrotherapy, spa manicure and pedicure rooms, Thai rooms and outdoor massage pavilions. Using Pevonia Botanica products and Li’tya Aboriginal products throughout the Spa, treatments include facial and body treatments, as well as massage and aromatherapy.

The outdoor spa pool commands spectacular views over the Mediterranean Sea thanks to its elevated position over the resort. The facilities are extensive and include; a fully equipped 140sqm Cybex equipped gym with a large number of CV machines plus resistance and free weights. There are Power Plates, an 80 sq. metre sprung-floor, multi-purpose studio, outdoor gym terrace and 2 private consultation rooms.

The Retreat Spa  Fitness Centre offers an action-packed one-hour personal training programme, specifically designed to meet your needs. Under the supervision and encouragement of their qualified personal trainer, you are offered the full potential to reach the goals you strive. 

There are separate male and female changing areas, plus separate sauna and steam rooms, a relaxation lounge and retail shop. 

The 20-metre outdoor pool with its beautiful views is a guaranteed no child zone with a large sundeck for relaxation or bathing and an outdoor covered hydro pool.

The signature aspect of the spa is the Thermae Experience. The supervised Thermae Experience is a sequence of Greco-Roman thermae heat rooms, with the added benefit of a beautiful Hammam and Sauna, true to the classical bathing rituals of cleansing and relaxation. Progressively increasing in temperature, whilst moderated by cooling showers and ice shavings, this experience includes:

• Laconium: with low humidity, heat is provided through a stove and heated ceramic walls and benches. This initiates the detoxifying process. 
• Caldarium: helping to benefit the respiratory system and softening the skin, the temperature and humidity is not as hot and steamy as a modern steam room. 
• Frigidarium or Showers: Cooling showers are taken between the heat room. The Frigidarium provides ice shavings to enhance the cooling process, stimulating circulation and refreshing the body between heat experiences.
• Sauna: the hottest of the heat rooms. This traditional Finnish sauna has a hand-built stone oven providing a dry heat, assisting the process of eliminating toxins.
• Hammam: with its ornate dome of traditional coloured glass, creating beams of multi-coloured light, the Hammam is a traditional Middle Eastern ritual of cleansing and detoxifying.
• Tepidarium: Completing the experience is the Tepidarium room with heated loungers to relax and unwind your body and mind.
