The focus here is on Thalassotherapy where the use of natural salt water, clay, plankton and seaweed are all used as the base of most treatments where used in a modern way, they can help to reduce stress, aid weight loss, anti-cellulite, muscle, joint healing and more.
The spa and fitness centre opens from 07.30 to 21.00 with treatment times starting from 09.00.
