This fitness and weight loss package has been designed exclusively for Essential Escapes to give you optimal results in just 5 days. The intensity of the bootcamp can be adjusted to suit your fitness levels and goals. We recommend a minimum of 5 nights and longer packages can be created for you on request.

The Almyra spa team recognise that it is just as important to give you the tools to be able to continue your fitness and weight loss regime at home which is why you wil receive plenty of information on departure with full after care advice.

The Almyra has an unrivalled location, combining eight acres of stunning landscaped gardens with a superb seafront setting. With breathtaking views over the picturesque fishing harbour and scenic coastline of Paphos beyond, this hotel is within walking distance of Paphos Town. The rooms are clean and crisp with fresh tones and fabrics, combined with state-of-the-art amenities. Enjoy extensive facilities including tennis courts, watersports and golf courses nearby, but not to be missed is the stunning Almyra Spa.

Accommodation:

Inland View Rooms measure approximately 28m² and are furnished with marble, wood and soft carpets. Floor to ceiling windows allow beautiful views over the landscaped gardens and Paphos Town in the distance. Facilities include a double bed, air conditioning, satellite TV, telephone, wifi, radio, minibar, bathtub, shower, hairdryer and bathrobes. Interconnecting rooms are available. We discourage clients from taking these rooms if possible as noise from the local bars can be quite loud during the peak summer months.

Garden View Rooms with Terrace are situated on the ground floor and have a private terrace. Again there can be some noise from the local bars during the summer months.

Superior Sea View Rooms and Sea View Rooms with Veranda are the same size as the rooms above as above but have a balcony (veranda rooms only) and sea views.

Sea View Rooms with Terrace are as the Superior Sea View Rooms, but are located on the ground floor of the main building and have a large terrace with sea views.

Aethon Rooms are 25m² in size and the ones and are located near the Almyra Spa, with a balcony overlooking Paphos Harbour and the hotel's gardens.

Junior Suites measure approximately 35m² and are ideal for families. They can accommodate one extra bed and a cot, and have floor to ceiling sliding windows with a sea view.

The Kyma Suite measures 47m² and has a rooftop terrace that measures 44m². This signature suite is situated in the gardens in an exclusive seafront position. This spacious open-plan suite has a sitting and bedroom area with spectacular sea views. The bathroom is lavishly appointed, with a separate rain shower. The suite opens to a private seafront terrace.

Dining:

There is a great choice of dining options at Almyra ranging from typical Mediterranean fayre served beachside at Ouzeri, to Japanese at Notios restaurant to light spa snacks. There is also an abundance of restaurants within walking distance of the hotel though we do advise sticking to the healthy menus at Almyra if you are on one of the weight loss programs.

Please note some of the restaurants are seasonal and dependent on weather conditions.

Set within landscaped gardens with views across the sea, Almyra Spa reflects the contemporary style and resort chic that characterises the hotel, with a focus on organic products from JUST PURE, the premium brand and natural marine based skincare therapies from the Osea product line. Using 'natural raw materials, fresh plant extracts and cold-pressed plant oils', the spa's philosophy is to create a holistic approach through health, beauty and fitness.

The Spa has an indoor pool, outdoor infinity pool, yoga deck, saunas, steam rooms, Vichy showers, gym, hair salon, tennis court and Eauzone restaurant. Please note that the spa is not open to children under 16 years of age however between December to March the indoor pool is open to children between 9am to 1pm.

There are exclusive treatments just for men, couples treatments a wide menu of restorative and rejuventating treatments to suit all.

There are daily yoga classes and private instruction available at an additional charge.
