Tha spa break was VERY intense!! Fitting in 21 'soins' into 6 days could have been too much but in fact it was so well organised that from my point of view gave a 1-2 hour focus for every day and allowed me to fully appreciate both the cure and sun aspects of the holiday.
I felt a little anxious eating on my own in the evening, at first, (this being my first solo holiday) but I took the opportunity to have room service a couple of nights and by the end of the week ate in the restaurants on my own with no problem. As you had experienced on your visit there were 2/3 other people on their own who I saw from time to time.
All together a fantastic break. I have come home feeling refreshed, detoxed and relaxed!!!!!!
