The Kempinksi San Lawrenz in Gozo offers a dedicated pre-natal package, based on Ayurvedic principles. The philosophy is to treat the health of the mother to reduce any complications in the pregnancy and benefit the health of the growing baby.
The treatment package includes massages like Abhyangam, Udwarthanam, Navarakkizhi, Shara and Vasthy, along with time-tested herbal formulas. A special Ayurvedic diet is also provided.
Packages are designed to run over a 5, 7, 14 or 21 day stay.
You may wish to return after the birth for post-natal treatment, involving purifying treatments and slimming programmes.
