Mother-to-be programme
Friday: welcome at the Evian Royal Resort
Saturday: prenatal singing with a midwife, sophrology or yoga, breathing techniques, introduction to osteopathy, regenerative face and eye treatment. Open discussion with questions and answers with a gynaecologist.
Sunday: after a sophrology or yoga session, learn some mother-to-be cookery tips, enjoy an ayurvedic hand massage or a "light legs" treatment
Father-to-be programme
As well as joining in the maternity discussions, you can escape to the Evian Masters Golf Club or Evian Masters Training Centre, or relax at the spa.
Brothers/sisters-to-be
Childcare and club actvities for children aged 4 months to 16 years of age
