Set between the crystal blue sea and the expansive green forests, SHA Wellness Clinic is tucked away on the serene El Albir beach. There are 93 contemporary suites, most of which have private balconies and terraces to enjoy the spectacular views and, another fundamental of the resort: peace and quiet.
Accommodation
All the rooms and suites at SHA are beautifully appointed with all the modern comforts and amenities you would expect at a first class retreat. Deluxe Suites start at 70 sqm and offer sea or mountain views and for a supplement, you can request a jacuzzi on your terrace. Superior Suites are larger at 100 sqm with panoramic sea or mountain views and large terraces. Grand Suites feature two bedrooms over an expanse of 120 sqm and boast stunning open views over the mountains.
Dining
SHA is all about its dining experience. The Main Restaurant offers the most select modern macrobiotic cuisine, with Mediterranean and Japanese fusions, using only natural organic ingredients. The dishes are prepared by eminent chefs from different continents under the supervision of Michio Kushi, the world’s leading representative of macrobiotics.
The Snack Bar, located on one of Sha’s terraces and surrounded by palapas, serves healthy drinks, cocktails and light snacks as guests enjoy stunning views in an informal and relaxed setting.
The Tea Room offers various herbal and fruit teas as well as medicinal herb-based drinks in a peaceful setting with views of the Zen gardens.
In the Chill Out is where you sample some snacks and drinks while you enjoy the excellent views.
Facilities
There is a well equipped gymnasium, swimming pools, tennis courts, yoga and meditation room, macrobiotic cooking lessons and a library. Outdoor activities include horse riding, use of the local golf course, and cultural guided tours. There is a main restaurant which offers modern macrobiotic cuisine, fusing together Mediterranean and Japanese flavours, using only natural ingredients. However, the macrobiotic menu is purely optional and there are other gourmet choices available. SHA is embraced by the beautiful nature surrounding it: wood, beach, small bays, mountains, valleys, all part of the daily landscape. You can find walking paths by the sea or through pines wood.
