SHA Wellness Clinic, Spain & Tenerife

Set between the crystal blue sea and the expansive green forests, SHA Wellness Clinic is tucked away on the serene El Albir beach. There are 93 contemporary suites, most of which have private balconies and terraces to enjoy the spectacular views and, another fundamental of the resort: peace and quiet. 

The Spa

 
There are three main areas at the SHA Wellness Clinic: the Metodo SHA, which encourages a well-balanced diet that follows the main principles of macrobiotics, the anti-ageing medicine unit, and the aesthetic medicine unit, which aims to achieve outstanding results on both the body and face using non-invasive techniques. Try out the Aqua Lab Zone which consists of therapeutic pools, physio hydro massage beds, toning pool, pebble path, tepidarium and a floatarium which has salt water from the Dead Sea. Take part in chrome therapy, music therapy or simpy enjoy a massage. The aim of the clinic is for guests to leave looking and feeling revitalised and younger.

Facilities:

There is a well equipped gymnasium, swimming pools, tennis courts, yoga and meditation room, macrobiotic cooking lessons and a library. Outdoor activities include horse riding, use of the local golf course, and cultural guided tours. There is a main restaurant which offers modern macrobiotic cuisine, fusing together Mediterranean and Japanese flavours, using only natural ingredients. However, the macrobiotic menu is purely optional and there are other gourmet choices available. There is also a snack bar and tea room and a chill out room which offeres a range of healthy snacks and fresh juices.
