Pimalai, Thailand

Pimalai is a rare lost paradise amid the tourist haunts of Thailand. Built within the rainforest as it meets the sea, you would hardly know Pimalai was there. The resort occupies 100 acres of tropical vegetation with direct access to nearly 1km of pristine sandy beach. Be it for a honeymoon, a diving experience, or just a break from it all, you'll find a five star beach resort with all the right ingredients, far from the crowds

There are 121 suites and villas (43 with private pools), all elegantly appointed and benefitting from the legendary Thai service.

The spa 

An imposing open-air pavilion standing at the bottom of the small valley is home to the Thai traditional massage whilst just across, the outdoor Jacuzzi with the adjacent herbal sauna just awaits for you to dip in, refresh and cleanse your body before your selected treatment.

There are seven treatment huts equipped with double or single beds which are mainly used for aromatherapy massages, body wraps or body scrub treatments.

The signature treatment is the 2 hour Koo Rak treatment for couples.
