One&Only le Saint Geran, Mauritius

One&Only Le Saint Geran is an eminent haven of elegance on the Belle Mare Peninsula of Mauritius. Fringed by over a mile of white sandy beaches, all the terraced or balconied rooms face out privately to the sea. Dining includes the Le Terrasse Restaurant which is set around the pool looking over the Indian Ocean, offering a variety of local and international specialities. The spa

Givenchy Spa has eight treatment rooms with comprehensive services, including facial and body treatments, massages, hydrotherapy and sauna and herbal wraps. Personalised holistic treatments arranged. Matt Roberts Personal training is also attached to the spa. Fitness programmes combine exercise with nutritional advice, stress management and relaxation techniques.

The welcoming and calming nature of the resort provides secluded spots ideal for practising the art of yoga and tai chi. Complimentary tai chi classes meet on Monday and Friday at 11 am, and yoga sessions are offered from Monday to Friday at 5pm. Guests may also choose private sessions that focus on different forms of yoga and tai chi.

Two golf courses, a Peter Burwash tennis centre, the Matt Roberts fitness centre, scuba diving, deep-sea fishing, glass bottom boats, cross-country cycling, canoes, kayaks, hobie catamarans, pedaloes, water skiing, windsurfing. The kids club is for children aged 4-11 and there is a teen club for those aged 12-18years. Children aged 2 and 3 yrs will be allowed into the kids club if potty trained and if with a parent or nanny.
