Absolute Sanctuary, Thailand

Tucked away in the beautiful hillsides of Koh Samui is this exciting new concept: the Absolute Sanctuary, a unique and luxurious detox and yoga retreat. Boasting stunning views of Cheong Mon peninsular, offering the utmost in peace, quiet and serenity, this resort is the perfect place to begin your journey to wellbeing and rejuvenation. Each of the 38 luxury rooms is individually designed with a Moroccan influence, modern, vibrant and incredibly spacious. Clients will dine in the Love Kitchen for all meals. The menu offers an innovative and nourishing approach to healthy cuisine, with an extraordinary array of flavours to assist your detox plan. There is also a juice bar next to the pool serving fresh juices, smoothies and energy boosters.

Spa

The spa and detox centre are key to your experience at the Absolute Sanctuary. Various pampering treatments and packages are available including sensual and relaxing massages and therapies which complement your detox experience. Treatments can be enjoyed in one of the treatment rooms within the spa or within the tranquil surroundings of the outdoor sala centre.

Facilities

There is a beautiful large infinity pool with a sun deck for guests to relax and take in the sun. A steam room which is recommended to assist guests in sweating out any toxins and in turn aid their detox programme. A 50-person capacity yoga centre is available, offering daily classes for all levels and different types of yoga. The extensive choice includes Hatha yoga, hot yoga, Pilates and Vinyasa flow, taught by some of the worlds most renowned teachers. Guests can book yoga packages of 5, 7 or 10 days.
