The spa

Set apart from the rest of the resort, the spa covers a total area of 9,500sq m. Home to no less than 8 treatment rooms; the spa is comprises of Crystal Steam Rooms, Stone Saunas, and Lifestyle Showers, hot pools with shoulder massage, air beds and ice fountains. The treatment rooms are housed in pavilions whilst the two double suites occupy platforms over the ocean and offer private steam showers and soaking tubs. Spa dining can be privately catered.

The ESPA philosophy is to bring healing traditions from around the world; from Thai Massage to European Aromatherapy, the emphasis however is on the Ayurvedic methods of the sub-continent. There are a number of programmes ranging from 1- to 14 days which are tailor-made to your requirements with one of the resort’s advanced therapists.

Facilities include a Chi Pavilion for yoga, pilates and Tai Chi, a beauty salon for hair, nails and make-up, a state-of-the-art fitness centre and separate male and female relaxation areas within the shady confines of the scented gardens.
